The Window Card

Lay the Window Card exactly over the letter grid, with the snowflake corner at the top left. Read the letters that show through the windows, row by row.

First hint Show the first hint Line up the edges of the card with the thick border of the grid, snowflake at top left.
Second hint Show the second hint Five letters show through. Read them from the top row down, left to right.
Solution Show the full solution With the card in place, the windows show H, O, L, L, Y. The answer is HOLLY.
