First hint
Each clock gives one letter. A clock showing 1:00 is the 1st letter of the alphabet.
Second hint
A clock at half past three is 3 + 12 = 15, the 15th letter.
Solution
3:00 = C, 12:00 = L, 3:30 = 3+12 = 15 = O, 3:00 = C, 11:00 = K. The answer is CLOCK.
